I purchased a 14x40 Deluxe Playhouse from the factory in Statesville, NC. I spoke with Lamar Nolt and he asked if I could come to the plant and meet with him. I went the next day. Mr. Nolt has been nothing short of incredible! I had my plans and he suggested some things I had not thought about and walked me around the lot to see in person some things and when I left, I had ordered my building! I was kept up to date and the building was started the next day! He is an asset to your company and I thought you needed to know that.

I would also like to recognize David Miller of Millers Transport that delivers your products. When he came to deliver, the temperature was hovering right around 100*. We furnished the block and had tried to space them where we thought they would be needed. Myself and my 13 year old grandson hauled block for David and he kept insisting that we not because he "didn't want his customers working". He was wringing wet, red in the face and there was no way I was going to sit and do nothing. He was so nice, very knowledgeable about what he was doing, placed my building perfectly and finished way faster than I ever believe he could in that heat.

I researched all types of buildings and knew that Old Hickory was what I wanted which is why I contacted Mr. Nolt. I have had incredible compliments on the construction of my building, the looks and the quick building and delivery. You have a great team in Statesville. My building is perfect. The Old Hickory garden shed we purchased arrived a few days ago and we could not be happier. The quality of the materials, the quality of the workmanship, the design and the construction are all outstanding. The delivery, installation and leveling was handled perfectly even up a hill on uneven ground. Your on-line designer tool was very effective in helping us come up with the specifications and price points we wanted. And your local dealer was very helpful in showing us physical buildings on his lot and suggesting and finalizing custom details that were important to us, like a heavy floor load with a fused face, standard stud walls, horizontal long-life LP smart panel siding to match our house, nice opening/screened windows, and an attractive overhang on the gable ends for a nice finished appearance. The result was a sturdy, functional and beautiful garden shed. The warranty is excellent, and when we noticed two small items needing attention, Old Hickory responded right away to arrange for fixing them. Before ordering the shed from old Hickory, we spent several months looking at other sheds from other companies. But in our opinion, none were as well-done as Old Hickory. We also liked being able to work with craftsmen from local factories in our area. In the end, the entire experience was a pleasure, and we would unconditionally and enthusiastically recommend Old Hickory to anyone.

Last week, I purchased an Old Hickory shed from the River Falls vendor, Moody's Automotive. The shed was delivered this morning by Larry Kanagy, a Rice Lake driver. I would be remiss if I did not tell you that Mr. Kanagy performed incredibly. I am 70-years old a former USAF fighter pilot and former President and CEO of two aviation companies. In all my years, I have not witnessed such calm, professional service. Mr. Kanagy performed flawlessly under what I considered a challenging situation, i.e. maneuvering up a narrow, gullied dirt road for one mile and then positioning the shed on 'the back forty' adjacent to a stand of trees. People like Larry Kanagy are the best advertisement you could invest in. His actions and performance speak highly of himself AND of Old Hickory.

I purchased a building from your company in January 2020 and received delivery in February. I am pleased with the quality of the building. The purpose of this letter is to recognize Mr. Mike Sechez at the Maryville office. I found him to be very professional and easy to work with. He covered all the details of the building as well as the quality of the finished product. He completed all the paper work quickly and explained the details of delivery and setup. He provided a reasonable delivery date and promised to follow up with any new developments. When I left the his office I had all the information I needed. As the delivery date neared, I followed up with Mike on the expected delivery date. He called the factory and got back to me immediately. I was pleased to learn that the building had been completed earlier than expected and that I should be receiving a call from the delivery driver in the next day or so. Mike was efficient and responsive. As promised, Eddie Gunther called me to setup a delivery date within the next day. Again, I found Eddie to be friendly, efficient and courteous. The setup of the building was quick and professional. It was a cold and snowy day, yet Eddie was cheerful and a pleasure to work with. A quick google search revealed dozens of companies in the RVA area. I started looking through each listing and eventually narrowed it down to 25 companies, and eventually 15. Of the 15 companies I reached out to 8 responded, 4 with quotes and 4 declining their services. 360 Sheds was the first to respond to my quote request just over an hour after I sent it. Stephanie provided all the information I requested. They even quoted me four different models based on the information supplied. As vendors responded I would take a couple of moments to research them and their parent company. Things like google reviews, social media presence, reviews on social media, customer engagement etc. On a Saturday my fiance and I headed to get a good look at the various vendor's lots in person. When we arrived at 360 Sheds, we checked in at the Office, something we had gotten used to after being hunted down at other locations. When we walked in, Stephanie was on the phone with a potential customer discussing all the options for a carport and what site preparations would need to be made for the best installation. She even referenced issues she had had on her own lot with using certain sizes of gravel. She motioned for us to come in and have a seat. Once she was off the phone she welcomed us and let us know we were free to walk around the lot unsupervised and she would be out shortly to answer any questions. We looked around the lot for 5-10 minutes before Stephanie joined us. She took us to some of the buildings similar to the size and style we were looking for. It was obvious she took pride in her buildings in the lot and had extensive knowledge about her products. Stephanie spoke from experience as to why some of the options we had mentioned in our bid may not be the best choice and issues in the past. She talked about permitting requirements for a building of our size and potential issues we may run into. Shortly after she excused herself to assist another customer who arrived at the lot but encouraged us to spend as much time on the lot as we wanted. We left shortly after revisiting a couple of the building. Over the next couple of weeks, I waiting for any additional vendors to send in responses and kept in regular communication with Stephanie at 360 Sheds. During this time, I sent Stephanie probably a half dozen emails asking questions or asking for minor revisions to the quote. Each time Stephanie responded almost instantly, even late at night or early in the morning. Finally, the time came for me to get my building permit filed with the county and start the process. For a shed of this size I needed to have both a soil test completed and my property lines marked. Once I was ready to meet with the building department I reached out and Stephanie e-mailed me the engineering plans for my shed. The morning of my meeting Stephanie sent me a quick note wishing me good luck. I reached out to the permitting office and asked if I revised the building and made it 2 ft shorter if the permit would be approved. I was surprised to get a response with an approved permit for a shed 16'x38' instead of 16'x40'. I relayed the information to Stephanie and revised my plans one last time to accommodate the 2' shorter building. A couple of days later I showed up unannounced at 360 Sheds ready to pay for and order my shed. Stephanie went through the whole process with me and went over every aspect of my building with me multiple times, even trying to talk me out of some of the unnecessary building upgrades I had chosen. There was one minor discrepancy between the quote and the final price but she quickly took care of that. I left with an order sheet and waited for a call from the delivery company.

Stephanie and 360 Sheds are awesome to work with and well worth drive to Amelia from Richmond. She values her relationships with customers and goes way beyond the extra mile for her customers. She never tried to sell me something I didn't need or up sell me. I would and have recommended 360 sheds to anyone I know looking for a shed.

Jayden delivered a shed yesterday that was not an easy delivery by any means. It was the one I was most nervous about out of all my sales this year! It was literally over the river and through the woods!! Our customer (Candace K.) just stopped in my store to rave about the fantastic job Jayden did. They had to take down a tree, move some low hanging branches, shovel snow, etc. She said he was so patient and kind to them. Candace and her husband bought this property some years ago to build a house and retire. Her husband passed away before that could happen. She is left by herself, with this incredible property that means the world to her. Candace said, "I now have my 'tiny home' that I can come to, out in the woods, and be at peace". She drives up here from Minneapolis at least a couple times a week, if not more, just to go to her land. She couldn't be happier! It was a reminder to me that when we are selling and delivering these "sheds", sometimes they are SO MUCH MORE than just a shed. High fives to Jayden!!

I just wanted to tell you we had our delivery today. It was not an easy task for the delivery drivers but they were able to squeeze through & make it happen. The driveway was narrow and they had to back it in through the parking area while avoiding trees. David and Bob were very professional, understanding, accommodating and genuinely nice people.
